Practical information

REGISTRATIONS:

In order to register you need to have HAL or sciencesconf account.

REGISTRATION'S FEE PAYMENT:

The fees are of 1 095,60 € for the two weeks and include:

• accomodation
  
• full board, from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure
• services offered on site: coffee breaks, library, IT space, leisure facilities (piano, bikes, ping-pong, table soccer, etc.)
  

Participants have to pay their registration's fee on the school within the first three days of the session, at the school's reception.

One can pay, in euros, as below:

• Credit Card on the school (except American Express)
• Check in euros payable to a French Bank
• Cash

In case of payment by the laboratory:

• By Laboratory's Credit Card: distance selling: phone on 33(0)4 5704 1045 only two weeks before the session
• By Purchase Order Form to Université Grenoble Alpes/Ecole de Physique des Houches, with session’s number or dates and name of participants. A Purchase Order Form can include several registrations; it should be sent to houches-finances@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.
